Privacy policy

We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data we process when you use edutechia.com, for what purpose, on what legal basis and what rights you have, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

The Spanish version of this policy prevails. This English text is provided for information purposes.

2. What data we process and how we obtain it

We only process the data you provide or that is generated while you browse:

  • Contact form data: first name, last name and email (required); phone, organization and the content of your message (optional).
  • Browsing and usage data: if you consent in the cookie banner, analytics and measurement data through Google Analytics and Meta Pixel (for example, pages visited, device, cookie identifiers). See the details in the Cookie policy.

We do not process special categories of data and the Site is not directed at minors.

3. Purposes and legal basis

  • Handling your contact request and, where applicable, starting a business relationship. Legal basis: your consent when submitting the form and/or the application of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Web analytics and marketing measurement (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel). Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
  • Complying with legal obligations and handling the exercise of your rights. Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).

4. Retention period

We keep the form data while we handle your request and, where applicable, for the duration of the business relationship. Once ended, it is kept blocked during the applicable legal limitation periods and then deleted. Data processed on the basis of your consent is kept until you withdraw it. Cookie durations are listed in the Cookie policy.

5. Recipients and processors

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. To provide the service we rely on providers acting as processors, with whom we have signed the corresponding agreement under Article 28 GDPR:

  • Vercel Inc. — hosting and delivery of the Site (USA).
  • HighLevel Inc. (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), via Nubioo — contact management and CRM where form data is stored (USA).
  • Google Ireland Ltd. — web analytics via Google Analytics 4 (subject to consent).
  • Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — measurement and advertising via Meta Pixel (subject to consent).

6. International transfers

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. In those cases, transfers are covered by adequate safeguards under the GDPR, such as adherence to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the signing of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. Your rights

You may exercise the following rights at any time:

  • Access to your personal data.
  • Rectification of inaccurate data.
  • Erasure of your data («right to be forgotten»).
  • Objection to processing.
  • Restriction of processing.
  • Data portability.
  • Withdrawal of consent, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

To exercise them, write to hola@edutechia.com stating the right you wish to exercise. We may ask you to prove your identity. We will respond within a maximum of one month.

8. Complaint to the supervisory authority

If you believe the processing of your data does not comply with the regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), www.aepd.es.

9. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorized access, taking into account the state of the art and the risks of the processing.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to adapt it to legal or service changes. The version in force will always be the one published on the Site, with its last-updated date.
